SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. We offer returns on most items, excluding socks, tights, hosiery, intimates, final sale items, or any item labeled non-returnable. Discounted orders are exchange or store credit only. "Final Sale" items are not returnable. Shipping is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on discounted items.

Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds, store credit, and exchanges. Free return labels are available when you checkout with Checkout+ for a small fee, added to your cart at checkout.

- Returns must be unworn and with tags (if your return is worn, we cannot offer a refund or exchange) 

- All items marked final sale are not refundable or returnable

- Hand-dyed items will vary in hue and saturation

- Discount code/sale items are exchange or store credit only, excluding orders made with our welcome discount for new email subscribers

- No retroactive discounts

- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to make a return/request an exchange. 

- Return shipping labels are charged to customers who did not checkout with Checkout+ 

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 1 hour.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not provide return or exchange shipping service for international orders. Please mail your return/exchange within the 14 day window and use a method that has a tracking number when mailing your return.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Free shipping within the USA on orders of $250+ and $32 shipping (up to 5 kilos) for anywhere else in the world that USPS allows, retail customers only.

Most orders ship within 5 business days, if we are dyeing pieces it may take up to 14 days and we will let you know. Preorder items ship as product description reads. Rates may increase if another service provider is utilized. The US Postal Service™ is suspending international service for certain destinations.
