SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

We offer returns on all items except final sale items, refunds on full priced items, and store credit/exchange on discounted/sales items. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. We cannot offer refunds on discounted items. Everything we make is very labor intensive and hand-made here in Northern California. The only way we can offer sales/discounts and keep our hand-made goods affordably priced at the same time, is by offering exchange only/store credit on discounted items. Thank you for your understanding & thank you for supporting hand-made, woman-owned!

-Returns must be unworn, in their original packaging, with tags (if your return is worn, we cannot offer a refund or exchange) 

-All items marked final sale are not refundable or returnable

-Discount code/sale items are exchange or store credit only, excluding orders made with our welcome discount for new email subscribers

-You have 14 days from the date of delivery to make a return/request an exchange

-We charge a 15% restocking fee on returns of 5 or more items per order

-Each domestic order receives one free return label; additional exchanges for the same order are subject to postage fees of $10 per label

-Shipping charges are non-refundable

-Return shipping charges will apply on all international orders

-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we can file a claim when possible and issue a refund/partial refund depending on outcome

All returns/exchanges must be made within the 14 day return window. If we receive a return and it does not meet these requirements, we can not issue a refund or exchange, but we are able to ship it back to you at your expense. If you send your return without tracking, we cannot guarantee your refund or store credit.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, it is free within the first 24 hours. After that, we charge a 15% cancellation fee because it is likely that we’ve begun to work on your order; many of our items are dyed to order.

EXCHANGES

Please email us for exchange so we can hold your item out of stock. We will email you a free return label. If you do not know what you would like in exchange, but you would still like the free return label, we are happy to issue a gift card to use at your leisure. If you need to exchange your exchange, we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping of $10 or deduct it from store credit/gift card. Thank you! 

International Returns & Exchanges:

Email us for our return address and return authorization. We do not provide free return or exchange shipping service for international orders. Please mail your return/exchange within the 14 day window and use a method that has a tracking number when mailing your return. Exchanges: We will invoice you the international charges for shipping and once it is paid, we will ship your exchange item(s). Email us the tracking number as soon as you get it so we can keep an eye on it as it makes its way back to us. Thanks!

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Free shipping within the USA on orders of $250+ & $30 (up to 5 kilos) for anywhere else in the world that USPS allows, retail customers only. We currently charge $10 for most domestic orders. Adding Priority or Express Mail at checkout will not ensure your order ships the same day, but it will put your order ahead of others; many items are dyed to order and this takes time. Most orders ship within 5 business days, others can take longer. Preorder items ship as product description reads. Rates may increase if another service provider is utilized.
