We are accepting returns at this time, but will quarantine all returns for a minimum of 14 days before opening the packages and restocking to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Free shipping within the USA on orders of $250+ & Just $18 for anywhere else in the world, retail customers only. We proudly use only recyclable and recycled packaging to ship all orders. We urge our customers to reuse packaging when possible. Thank you! Shipping charges are non-refundable. Adding Priority Mail at checkout will not ensure your order ships the same day, but it will put your order ahead of others; Some items are dyed to order and this takes time. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days. Expect delays of up to 10+ days due to COVID-19 impacts. Preorder items ship as product description reads.

All sale/clearance items are final sale. Discount code/ non-sale items are exchange or store credit only. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to make a return/exchange. Just send us a quick email and we'll email you a return label. Please read the following guidelines before making your return:

We offer refunds on all non-sale/non-discount code-purchased items within 14 days of receipt. If you would like a refund, we will email you a return label and deduct a $10 fee from your refund to cover the cost of the return label. If you would like to make an exchange or take store credit, we will email you a one-time return label for free; additional exchanges for the same order are subject to postage fees of $10 per label.

Our Labor Day Sale is going on September 4-10. No discount code needed to enjoy the sale. All sale items are deeply discounted and marked final sale. After Labor Day Sale ends, we will leave the remaining marked down items up on the site and you can enjoy combining discount codes with the already deeply discounted prices. These items are the last of their kind and won't be back, hence "final" sale.

No refunds on discount code items, exchange/gift card only. All sales final on sale/clearance items. Returns must be unworn, in their original packaging, with tags. If your return is worn, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. All returns/exchanges must be made within the 14 day return window. If we receive a return and it does not meet these requirements, we can not issue a refund or exchange, but we are able to ship it back to you at your expense. If you send your return without tracking, we cannot guarantee your refund or store credit in the form of a gift card. To initiate a return or exchange, simply send us a quick email with your request and your order number. Return shipping charges will apply on all international orders. Please email us for exchange so we can hold your item out of stock. We will email you a free return label. If you do not know what you would like in exchange, but you would still like the free return label, we are happy to issue a gift card to use at your leisure. If you need to exchange your exchange, we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping of $10. Thank you! 

International Returns & Exhanges:

Same rules apply as above, but we do not provide return shipping service. Please mail your return/exchange within the 14 day window as specified above. Email us for our return address and return authorization. Please use tracking when mailing your return and email us the tracking number as soon as you get it so we can keep an eye on it as it makes its way back to us. Thanks!
