SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Free shipping within the USA on orders of $250+ & $28 (up to 5 kilos) for anywhere else in the world that USPS allows, retail customers only. Rates may increase if another service provider is utilized. The US Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to COVID-19 and other unrelated service disruptions. View suspensions by clicking this link. We proudly use only recyclable and recycled packaging to ship all orders. We urge our customers to reuse packaging when possible. Thank you! Shipping charges are non-refundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Adding Priority Mail at checkout will not ensure your order ships the same day, but it will put your order ahead of others; Many items are dyed to order and this takes time. Most orders ship within 5 business days, others can take longer. Preorder items ship as product description reads. Expect delays for both shipping & returns of up to 5 days due to COVID-19; We quarantine all returned clothing prior to opening/restocking to keep our customers and staff safe.
If you need to cancel an order, it is free within the first 24 hours. After that, we charge a 15% cancellation fee because it is likely that we’ve begun to work on your order. A lot of our items are dyed to order.
All sale/clearance items are final sale. Discount code/ non-sale items are exchange or store credit only. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to make a return/exchange. Just send us a quick email and we'll email you a return label. Please read the following guidelines before making your return:
We offer refunds on all non-sale/non-discount code-purchased items within 14 days of receipt. We charge a 15% restocking fee on returns of 5 or more items per order. If you would like a refund, we will email you a return label and deduct a $10 fee from your refund to cover the cost of the return label. If you would like to make an exchange or take store credit, we will email you a one-time return label for free; additional exchanges for the same order are subject to postage fees of $10 per label.
No refunds on discount code items, exchange/gift card only. All sales final on sale/clearance items. Returns must be unworn, in their original packaging, with tags. If your return is worn, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. All returns/exchanges must be made within the 14 day return window. If we receive a return and it does not meet these requirements, we can not issue a refund or exchange, but we are able to ship it back to you at your expense. If you send your return without tracking, we cannot guarantee your refund or store credit in the form of a gift card. To initiate a return or exchange, simply send us a quick email with your request and your order number. Return shipping charges will apply on all international orders.
Please email us for exchange so we can hold your item out of stock. We will email you a free return label. If you do not know what you would like in exchange, but you would still like the free return label, we are happy to issue a gift card to use at your leisure. If you need to exchange your exchange, we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping of $10 or deduct it from store credit/gift card. Thank you!
International Returns & Exhanges:
Email us for our return address and return authorization. We do not provide free return or exchange shipping service for international orders. Please mail your return/exchange within the 14 day window and use a method that has a tracking number when mailing your return. Exchanges: We will invoice you the international charges for shipping and once it is paid, we will ship your exchange item(s). Email us the tracking number as soon as you get it so we can keep an eye on it as it makes its way back to us. Thanks!
